The minimum size of a delegation shall be 10, to be eligible for the Best School Delegation Award. The maximum size of a delegation cannot exceed 15.

Delegates may participate from Grades 8 to 12. Schools are requested to complete their registration by writing to [email protected].

Registrations for the Thirteenth Session of La Martiniere Model United Nations shall be held on 29th October 2026. All Head Delegates are invited to La Martiniere College, Lucknow, to verify and confirm their delegation’s registration details.

The Conference Handbook, containing the Rules of Procedure, Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Documentation Guidelines, and the tentative Conference Schedule, along with the Award Policy, shall be made available on our website and Instagram page @lamartinieremun by 11th October, 2026.

Background guides, which are written informational aids for delegates on the agenda being discussed, shall also be available on our website by the 11th of October, 2026.

Every participating institution is required to nominate at least one delegate to the Special Political and Decolonization Committee of the United Nations General Assembly.

Each institution may nominate a maximum of three participants to the International Press, of whom not more than one may be allotted a Photography portfolio. Note: Members of the International Press in the category of Photography shall only be allowed the use of DSLRs to capture photographs. The use of mobile phones shall not be permitted.

Preference in portfolio allocation for the International Press shall be given to Journalists, followed by Photographers. Owing to the limited number of Photography portfolios, they shall be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Registration Fee for delegates from all local and national institutions shall be INR 3,000/- per delegate, inclusive of:

• Meals on all three days of the Conference.
• Conference stationery and materials.
• Transport between the airport/railway station, prescribed accommodation, and the College for outstation delegations opting for transport recommended by the Secretariat.

The Secretariat is pleased to welcome international delegations and shall extend all reasonable assistance with the documentation required for participation. The Registration Fee for international delegates shall be USD 30 per delegate.

Upon receiving a confirmation email from the Secretariat, institutions may proceed with payment to complete their registration. Committee portfolios shall be allotted only after the registration process has been completed. See Payments for details.
