Payment is the final step of registration, completed after your committee and portfolio are allotted.

Once the Secretariat confirms your allotment, you will receive the official payment instructions along with your confirmation. Please treat payment requests from any other source as inauthentic — when in doubt, verify with the Secretariat through the Contact page.

  • ◆Keep your allotment confirmation at hand while making the payment.
  • ◆Retain the transaction receipt — it is required at delegate check-in.
  • ◆Fees, once paid, are governed by the conference’s refund policy shared with your allotment.
